What happens next?
We review your request and contact you to discuss the surface and arranging a walkthrough. Your ZIP code helps us check the location before discussing an appointment.
During the walkthrough, show us the areas that concern you and explain the finish you prefer. We assess the surface and discuss suitable work, its scope and its limitations. You can ask about a single service, such as cleaning or sealing, without requesting a full restoration.
At the end of the agreed work, we walk through it with you for signoff. We address issues identified within that scope before considering the job complete.
What should you tell us about a mark?
Describe what you can see: a chip, a crack, a pale ring or a change in shine. Mention when you first noticed it and any previous repair or treatment you know about. You don't need to diagnose the damage.
