What E2E Stone Services collects through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.

Last updated November 3, 2026

Who we are

This website, e2estone.com, is run by E2E Stone Services, part of E2E Cleaning Services Inc., a Tampa company. In this policy, "E2E," "we" and "us" mean that company.

This policy covers information collected through this website and when you contact us about a request made here. The site is meant for people in the United States. If you hire us, the agreement for that work may include its own terms.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you request a walkthrough, we ask for your name, phone number and the property's ZIP code. You can also give us your email address, your preferred contact method, the floor material or surface, the room or area, its approximate size and a description of what you're noticing.

Please don't put payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive details in the form. We don't need them for a walkthrough request.

If you call us, we'll have your phone number and whatever you tell us on the call.

Information collected automatically

  • The page you used. Your request includes the page you sent it from and the date and time.
  • Ad and campaign details. If you reach this site by clicking an ad or a tagged link, your browser saves the click ID, the campaign tags in the link (such as the source, campaign and search term) and the page you landed on. The form uses these details for 90 days, and we receive them only if you send a request.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.
  • Font requests. This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google when a page loads.

How we use it

  • To respond to your request, set up a walkthrough and discuss the work.
  • To provide, document and follow up on work you hire us for.
  • To keep business records and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
  • To see which ads and pages lead to requests, so we can decide where to advertise.
  • To keep the site working and to block spam and abuse.

We use your phone number and email address to contact you about your request. Sending a request doesn't add you to a marketing list, and we don't send marketing texts from this form.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share it only as needed with:

  • Our team. The people at E2E who handle requests and jobs.
  • Service providers working for us. Twilio SendGrid delivers requests to our team's email, our email provider stores those messages, RingCentral carries requests to our team chat, and Vercel hosts this website.
  • Authorities or others when the law requires it, or when it's needed to protect people, property or our rights.
  • A buyer or successor, if E2E's business is sold, merged or reorganized.

Cookies, local storage and tracking

This website doesn't set its own cookies, and it doesn't run analytics, advertising pixels or similar trackers. It uses your browser's local storage only for the ad and campaign details described above. You can clear local storage in your browser settings, and the form still works without it.

Some browsers send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Because we don't track you across other sites or sell personal information, these signals don't change how this site works.

If we add analytics or advertising tools, we'll update this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as we need them to respond to you, serve you, meet our legal, tax and accounting duties and resolve disputes. When we no longer need them, we delete them or remove what identifies you.

How we protect it

This site and its form use HTTPS encryption, and access to requests is limited to the people and providers who need it. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can't promise that information will never be exposed. If a breach affects you, we'll notify you as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

Call us at (813) 540-3987 to:

  • Ask what information we have about you.
  • Correct it.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Tell us to stop contacting you.

We may need to confirm who you are first, and we may keep what the law requires us to keep. Some states give their residents additional privacy rights. If yours does, we'll honor them as that law requires, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

Children

This website is for adults arranging stone care. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, call us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. We'll post the new version here and change the date at the top of the page.
